Developing your own Web page is not an easy task. It requires someone who is patient and willing to learn a whole heck of a lot. Think of building a Web page as like building anything else. A good example is like putting a new roof on your house. Most people have a general idea about how it's done, but it does take a bit of knowledge and a lot of skill. You can do your own roof, but if it's your first time, most likely you won't be able to do it as well or as fast as a professional roofer. The same applies to building a Web page. While it doesn't take a rocket scientist to develop a Web page, you do need to have some knowledge and skill. Be patient and start simple. You can always update your site as your skills and knowledge develop. The whole purpose of this section is to help you get started. You're not going to know enough to do it professionally, but you should be able to get something up and running. Please remember, Exodus Online does not provide technical support to help you develop your site. Unfortunately, you're on your own. That is why we have this section for you. This will point you to the tools you will need and other sources of information that is necessary for you to build and publish your site. Last thing, have
fun. Accomplishing the task of building your site is a
richly rewarding feeling and worth the effort. The journey
is the reward. |
